What is Greenback?
Greenback lets anyone launch a memecoin that is economically tied to real Robinhood stock tokens (TSLA, NVDA, AMD, COIN, GOOGL, and more) on Robinhood Chain — either one stock, or a small basket of stocks.
Each launch creates a fair-launch ERC-20 and a bonding curve. Traders push the curve forward by buying with the underlying (or ETH, when a liquid route exists). When the curve holds $6,000 of backing value, it graduates into a permanently locked Uniswap V4 pool — with the same fee rules enforced by a hook.

Who this is for
- Creators — launch a ticker-backed coin, earn creator fees on every trade (curve and post-grad), optionally enable holder tax.
- Traders — buy early on the curve, exit anytime (subject to liquidity), track live price and 24h change from on-chain + indexed history.
- Holders — if a launch enables holder tax, claim accrued underlying stock from the dashboard or token page.
- BACK holders — deposit BACK, earn NVDA.
The short version
- You pick a listed stock — or a basket of 2–5 stocks — and launch. The factory deploys your coin + curve and charges a small ETH creation fee.
- People buy on the bonding curve. Fees are paid in the underlying (stock or basket shares), not in your meme ticker.
- Price and “progress to graduation” track how much stock value sits in the curve (oracle-priced).
- At $6,000 backing, liquidity moves to Uniswap V4 and locks. Trading continues on the pool with the StockBack hook skimming the same fee schedule.
